- మార్కెట్ విలువ రూ.10 లక్షల లోపు ఉన్నచో – స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ రూ.100 మాత్రమే
- మార్కెట్ విలువ రూ.10 లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్నచో – స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ రూ.1,000 మాత్రమే
ఈ విధానాన్ని ప్రజలు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకొని చట్టబద్ధంగా భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

Automatic Mutation in Bhimavaram Municipal Area
