ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో లోక్ అదాలత్ల ద్వారా భారీ స్థాయిలో కేసుల పరిష్కారం జరిగినట్లు లీగల్ సర్వీసెస్ అథారిటీ (LSA) సభ్యకార్యదర్శి హిమబిందు తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా నిర్వహించిన లోక్ అదాలత్లలో మొత్తం 2,00,746 కేసులను విజయవంతంగా పరిష్కరించినట్లు ఆమె వెల్లడించారు.
₹52.56 కోట్ల పరిహారం అవార్డులు
పరిష్కరించిన కేసుల ద్వారా ₹52.56 కోట్ల పరిహారం చెల్లింపునకు అవార్డులు జారీ చేసినట్లు LSA తెలిపింది. ప్రమాద పరిహారాలు, సివిల్ వివాదాలు, బ్యాంకు రుణాల కేసులు, క్రిమినల్ రాజీ కేసులు వంటి అనేక అంశాల్లో పక్షాల మధ్య స్నేహపూర్వకంగా ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరినట్లు వివరించారు.
431 లోక్ అదాలత్ బెంచీల ఏర్పాటు
హైకోర్టుతో పాటు జిల్లాల స్థాయిలో మొత్తం 431 లోక్ అదాలత్ బెంచీలను ఏర్పాటు చేసి కేసుల పరిష్కారం చేపట్టినట్లు హిమబిందు తెలిపారు. ఈ బెంచీల ద్వారా ఒకే రోజులో వేలాది కేసులకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం లభించడం విశేషం.

ఈ లోక్ అదాలత్లు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ ధీరజ్ సింగ్ ఠాకూర్, జస్టిస్ మానవేంద్రనాథ్ రాయ్, జస్టిస్ రవినాథ్ తిలహరి మార్గదర్శనంలో నిర్వహించబడినట్లు LSA స్పష్టం చేసింది.

The Andhra Pradesh Legal Services Authority (LSA) announced that a massive number of cases were resolved through Lok Adalats across the state. LSA Member Secretary Himabindu stated that a total of 2,00,746 cases were successfully settled through Lok Adalat proceedings.
₹52.56 Crore Compensation Awards
Through these settlements, awards worth ₹52.56 crore were issued for compensation payments. The cases included motor accident claims, civil disputes, bank loan settlements, and compoundable criminal cases, all resolved through amicable settlements.
431 Lok Adalat Benches Across the State
A total of 431 Lok Adalat benches were constituted across the state, including the High Court and district courts. These benches enabled large-scale resolution of pending cases in a single day.
Guidance from Senior Judges
The Lok Adalats were conducted under the guidance of Chief Justice Dheeraj Singh Thakur, Justice Manavendranath Roy, and Justice Ravinath Tilhari, according to the LSA.
